Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions to Vidyastraa AI.
1. Digital subscription
Pro and Pro + AI Chat are digital subscriptions that are activated and accessible immediately after a successful payment, and are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.
2. Refunds
Because access is granted immediately and the product is digital, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated.
If you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same plan, or believe there is a genuine issue, contact us at hello@vidyastraa.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will review the request and, where appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment method.
Payments that fail or are not captured are automatically reversed by Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.
3. Cancellation
You can stop using the Service or choose not to renew at any time. Your paid access remains active until the end of the current 30-day period; we do not auto-charge you after it ends unless you start a new payment.
4. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–7 working days to reflect, depending on your bank.
