Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These Terms govern your use of Vidyastraa AI (the "Service"), available at vidyastraa.com and vidyastraa.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Vidyastraa AI provides AI-assisted current-affairs briefs for UPSC preparation — including syllabus mapping, key facts, concept notes, links to previous-year questions, reference pointers and quizzes. It is a study aid only.

3. Subscriptions, pricing & payments

  • A Free tier is available. Paid plans — Pro (₹90/month) and Pro + AI Chat (₹149/month) — unlock additional features.
  • A paid plan is valid for 30 days from the date of a successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Prices, plans and offers may change; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

4. Refunds & cancellation

Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy. As the Service is a digital subscription with immediate access, fees are generally non-refundable once a plan is activated, except as described there.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: scrape, copy, resell or redistribute our content; share or transfer your account; attempt to bypass paywalls or access controls; or use the Service unlawfully or in any way that harms the Service or other users.

6. Intellectual property

All content we create (briefs, summaries, notes, design and software) is owned by or licensed to us. Previous-year questions and official notifications are sourced from public material and remain the property of their respective owners. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own exam preparation only.

7. Disclaimers

Our content is AI-assisted and summarised from publicly available sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the content is complete, current or error-free — always verify against original sources. The Service does NOT guarantee any examination result, score, rank or selection. The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at New Delhi, India shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
